The HF-B4027 / HF-B4027-L Intelligent Tensioning and Ironing Machine is a new-generation intelligent setting equipment specially developed by Huafang Machinery for the post-treatment setting process of narrow-width webbing. This product integrates two traditional processes — tensioning setting and ironing pre-shrinking — into one integrated process, which can be directly mounted on the webbing machine head to achieve simultaneous weaving and setting, completely revolutionizing the production mode of webbing post-treatment.

The machine adopts a core control architecture of PLC programmable logic controller + 7-inch color touch screen + dual servo motor traction system, realizing digital precision setting and closed-loop control of four core parameters: tension, temperature, speed, and pre-shrinkage ratio, completely eliminating the dependence on experienced technicians for traditional mechanical adjustments. Operators simply input values directly on the touch screen to complete process parameter settings, allowing new operators to get started quickly, greatly reducing labor training costs and adjustment losses.

In terms of product specifications, the standard HF-B4027 model has an effective ironing width of 660mm, while the HF-B4027-L widened model offers an effective ironing width of up to 936mm, covering the production needs of different webbing widths. The setting temperature ranges from 0-400°C with a control accuracy of up to ±1°C, ensuring uniform heat distribution across every inch of webbing; the tension range is 0-200N adjustable, and the operating speed is 0-50m/min steplessly adjustable via servo motor, adapting to various webbing types from lightweight ribbons to heavy elastic tapes.

In terms of energy consumption and space occupation, the machine adopts MODBUS UTU485 control technology, consuming only approximately 0.4 kWh per hour, with a footprint of only 0.3 square meters (0.33 square meters for HF-B4027-L). No independent workshop is required — it can be directly deployed alongside the production line, greatly saving factory space and operating costs.

The machine features a compact and robust design, with the HF-B4027 weighing 136kg and dimensions of 1140×260×880mm; the HF-B4027-L weighing 170kg and dimensions of 1410×260×880mm.
