The HF-L2003 Computerized Real-Time Monitoring Copying Warping Machine is a high-precision and intelligent warping equipment developed by Huafang Machinery specifically for the yarn warping process in the textile industry. This machine is primarily used to precisely copy yarn from a master beam to multiple sub-beams with identical parameters, ensuring that the diameter (outer circumference) and meter length of the entire group of beams remain consistent. It is one of the core equipment pieces in the pre-weaving preparation process.

In terms of core control, the HF-L2003 adopts a computer real-time control and display system, which monitors and detects the beam's diameter, meter length, and number of turns in real time during the warping process, ensuring high copying accuracy. The machine is equipped with a 7.5KW variable frequency constant-speed closed-loop control main motor, with a line speed range of 100-1000m/min, meeting various process requirements from low-speed precision warping to high-speed mass production.

In terms of tension control, the HF-L2003 is equipped with a tension roller that implements PID real-time closed-loop adjustment to ensure smooth and consistent yarn tension throughout the entire warping process, effectively preventing yarn quality issues caused by tension fluctuations. Beam lifting, clamping, and main braking are all controlled by pneumatic control, with a braking torque of up to 1600NM, ensuring rapid response and smooth and reliable braking. In terms of copying accuracy, this machine features extremely high calculation precision. When the number of turns matches the outer circumference, the meter length error is ≤5 meters, ensuring length consistency among the same group of beams. The maximum counting range reaches 99999 meters (roll), meeting the needs of large-volume continuous warping production. The machine supports online correction of warping parameters — the master beam can correct warping length, while sub-beams can correct outer circumference and meter length, further enhancing copying flexibility and accuracy.

In terms of operational convenience, the HF-L2003 offers flexible and convenient operation with analog beam configuration function, allowing operators to perform simulation settings before formal production, reducing trial costs and material waste. The machine is also equipped with a powerful alarm function that promptly alerts operators in abnormal situations, ensuring production safety and continuity.
